2. Quality and Condition of the Product
Our hydrangeas are inspected before shipping to ensure their quality. Due to the perishable nature of the product, any claims regarding quality or deterioration must be made within the first 24 hours after delivery. Mitas Flowers LLC is not responsible for damages caused during transport if the customer chooses their own shipping service.
3. Credit and Payment Terms
All payments must be made within a maximum of 30 days after delivery. In case of late payment, a 5% monthly surcharge will be applied to the outstanding balance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and previously agreed electronic payments.
4. Claims and Return Policy
Claims for defects or diseases will only be accepted if photographic evidence and detailed documentation are provided within 24 hours after delivery.
